Associates’financial management services focus on:                  

Identification of financial management problems, administration,funding, accreditation issues, investments and financialstructuring of effective solutions to such problems.                                               

 Implementation of such solutions, staff support and mentoring                

 Interim financial management services.  During times of actual or anticipated vacancy in the institution’s C.F.O. position this can also include actual provision of an “on campus” interim C.F.O. or “financial manager” who is experienced in using such transition periods to evaluate institutional needs and financial operations, to  restructure the Finance Department, manage day-to-day financial operations, and assist in recruitment of a permanent C.F.O. from internal as well as external sources.                                                                   .
