E.M.Wickwire Associates, L.L.C. (Associates) is a financial advisory association specializing  in  a wide range of financial management issues currently facing  C.I.C  member and similar independent colleges and universities.         

Associates was formed in 1991 by Mr. Wickwire whose group of other experienced financial  professionals is totally focused on the identification and resolution of fiscal issues confronting higher education institutions.

 Mr. Wickwire's 30-year career in finance has included

 extensive experience in all areas of balance sheet

 management, budgets, funding, investments and financial

 administration.  He has served as a commercial banker,  

 an investment banker, as well as an independent financial     

 advisor specializing in higher education fiscal issues.   

  As Treasurer of a major Pittsburgh bank and its holding

corporation, he was responsible for management of

 over $2 billion in investment and cash flow assets.  He

 also served as head of all Trust Departments within the      

  Bank Holding Corporation and their service relationships

to meet the various needs of higher education institutions.

  He has in excess of 20-years experience in management

of underwriting and tax-free bond issuance to meet higher

                           education’s funding needs.                                                                                                      

  An economics graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he

  has attended Tulane University and the University of                         

 Michigan’s Public Finance Institute in its Graduate School

 of Business.  Mr. Wickwire has published articles on

Economics.
